Youth from around New Mexico stress the importance of education to their younger siblings by sending them heartfelt messages of encouragement.
Generation Justice recorded these inspiring messages with youth from all over New Mexico at the 2012 OYE Conference. At the conference, and in partnership with the Center for Education Policy Research,Generation Justice presented its Education Equity Training. This interactive training utilizes up-to-date school success data that has been mapped both by county and school district to challenge participants to see the relationships between factors like socio-economic status, health, and supportive relationships and overall school success.
